He was predeceased by: his mother Roma Randall; his wife Patricia Lee; and his grandchildren, Mary Jo Decker and Doug Decker. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Debnar (Michael), JoVae Lee, Kristine Lee, Jeffery Lee and Jennifer Decker; his grandchildren, Kari Arend (Todd), Matthew Debnar, David Brisbois (Aleksandrina), Suzanne Brisbois, Michelle Newbery (Evan), Crystal Mleko, Tom Decker (Michelle), Brian Lee (Theresa) and Kristin Lee; and his great grandchildren, Emma Arend, Mason Arend, Ace Debnar, Joey Decker, Nina Decker, Kaia Lee, Eliana Brisbois, Nichole Newbery and Ryan Newbery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society- St. Michael Chapter in memory of David, or a charity of your choice.
