He is survived by: his children, Dora Spade, Virginia Spade-Patino (Steven Patino), Sherry Spade, Linda Spade and David Spade; his grandson Allen Spade (Kelly); his children, Jamie Spade, Cynthia Spade, Erica Spade, Gary Spade Jr., Violet Polzin (Kenneth), Nicole Hatlay (Michael), Ashley Vincent (Adam) and Devin Spade; and his great grandchildren, Kali, Adalynn, Brady, Presley, Carter, Anthony, Hannah, Adalyee, Cameron, Jordan, Ayraha, Katelynn, Ayden, Mallerina, Parker, Patrick, Phillip, Cayden, Camron, Clara, Dakota and CJ. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
