He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald "Ed" Hull and Marlene Hull; and his nieces, Jennifer Tarbell and Lily Rose Gemalsky. He is survived by: his daughter Alisa Hoffman (Andrew); his grandchildren, Cooper and Logan Hoffman; his siblings, Dan Hull (Kristy), Dennis Hull (Mary) and Denise Hull; his former wife Deborah Hull; his former wife's children, Kenneth Johnson (Stephanie), Jessica Spindler (Matthew), CJ and Violet Johnson; Hailey and Katelyn Spindler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
