She was predeceased by: her husband Albino Garza; and her son Jesse Romero. She is survived by: her daughters, Rosalinda Hernandez (Richard), Julia Garza, Maryann Kilgallon (Joseph) and Elisa Briones (Daniel). She is also survived by her family blossomed to include 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Riley Funeral Home (426 W St Joseph St, Lansing, MI 48933). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery (2520 W Willow St, Lansing, MI 48917).
