She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Wood; her son Vernon Matthew Wood; and her sister Ruth McMillan. She is survived by: her children, Deborah West (Tom) of Lansing, Verna Batterbee (Brian) of DeWitt and Dennis Wood (Annette) of St. Johns; and her grandchildren, Nathaniel Batterbee (Naomi), Jordan Batterbee (Becky), Elizabeth West, Emily Gallegos, Thomas West, Sarah Wood and Joshua Wood. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren, as well as extended family members and dear friends.
