She is survived by: her children, Melissa Holz, Lynn Phelps (Allen), Kim Markoff and Chris Markoff; her grandchildren, Eric Holz (Tiffany) and Krista Vera (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Giana Rose and Jaxon Myles. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
