He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Milekovich and Kata Milekovich (Ivanovic); his granddaughter Cheryl Parshall (Milekovich); his siblings, Steve Milekovic (Ann), Mary Zitkovic (George), Agnes Milekovich, Louise Milekovich and Joseph Milekovich; and his friend Leo Walters.
He is survived by: his sons, James Milekovich (Deborah), Anton Milekovich (Mary), Edmund Milekovich (Cheryl Campbell) and George Milekovich (Annette); his grandchildren, Vicki Leonard, James Milekovich Jr., Julie Shank (Brady), Angelique Potter (Aaron), Joey Stickle (Cherise), Kirby Parshall (late Cheryl), Rick Milekovich, Heidi Warren (Brent), Kyle Milekovich, Jamie Milekovich and Farrah Neal (Brian); his great grandchildren, Gavin, Ashley, Alyson, Avelynn, Samantha, Jessica, Zackary, Matthew, Skylar, Dillion, Collin, Mckenzie, Jacob, Madeleine, Gillian, Marion, Austin, Alexis, Kali, Sophia, Ethan and Lucas; his great great grandchildren, Zackery, Rory and Willow; and his cousins, Slavko, Neda, Hrvoje Jeffrey Milekovic, Laurent and Catherine Milekovic. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
