He is survived by: his children, Terence Gerald Szczepaniak (Cindy), Garry Edward Szczepaniak, Sharry Ann Schafer (Mark), Joel Peter Szczepaniak (Donna) and Shelly Lynn Beyer (Marc); his grandchildren, Brendon Szczepaniak (Jourdin), Tori Marks (Chyan), Jessica Toner (Chris), Garred Szczepaniak (Lyndsey), Ara Szczepaniak (Brianna), Dani Waldo (Jacob), Morgan Gerini-Romagnoli (Marco), Cole Szczepaniak (Daianna), Owen Beyer (Karissa), Ryan Szczepaniak (Alexis Spratto), Edward Beyer (Lauren Travis) and Alexa Beyer; his great grandchildren, Reese, Sutton Szczepaniak, Amelia, Nolan, Charlotte Szczepaniak, Jaxton Szczepaniak, Poppi and Nico Toner; his caregiver Patricia Heaton; his siblings, Don Szczepaniak (Julia), Christine Francis (Bob) and Geraldine Kierczynski (Kenny); and his great grandchild Milo Szczepaniak.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes (205 E Washington St, DeWitt, MI 48820). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (2567 Buell Rd, Elmira, MI 49730). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery (2567 Buell Rd, Elmira, MI 49730).
