He was predeceased by : his wife Jane Ellen Bender. He is survived by : his children, James Bender (Gail), Peggy "Woody" Dye (David), Paula White (Mark) and Dan Bender (Kris). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
