He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry H. West and Vivian Wright; his wife June A. Cross; his sisters, Barbara Cross and Betty Flowers; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Bolton and Duane Cross.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Masters (Les) and William Randal West (Aida); his sister-in-law Barbara Barnes; and his grandchildren, Yanay Weaver, Shayna Quillin (Timothy), Dre Terry, Brice Terry (Erin) and Tyler West. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
