She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Holmes and Elsie Holmes; and her husband James Herrick Diener. She is survived by: her daughter Christine Gustin (Robert) of Columbus, Ind.; her grandchildren, Erin Young (Damien) of Pahoa, Hawaii and Andrew Gustin of Akron, Ohio; and her close friend Marsha Hopkins of Lansing.
