He was predeceased by: his wife Isabel (Druar); his sister Mercedes Smith; and his daughter-in-law Margaret Cushman (Berardo). He is survived by: his sons, Jack (Cheryl) and Michael (Mary Ellen); his grandchildren, Jamie Holt, Katie Keller (Christopher) and Michael Cushman (Susanne); his great grandchildren, Justin, Jason, Jenna, Teagan and Evan; his friend Fran Shelley; and his caregiver Colleen Strzyzewski.
