He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Toomey and Monera Toomey (Zamel); and his siblings, John Toomey and Naomi Hall. He is survived by: his spouse Souad Toomey (Wakim); his sons, Michael Toomey (Carolyn) and Leon Toomey (Linda); and his grandchildren, Bryan, Ashley, Katie, Jacob and Julia. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church Food Bank in honor of Jack.
