She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Welch; and her niece Katie Spagnuolo. She is survived by: her children, Albert Welch and Tamara Welch; her grandchildren, ChristiAn, Havanna, Kayleena, Mary Ann, Adrianna, Brody, Riley and Lilly; her great grandchild Skylani; her sister Judy Spagnuolo; and her nieces and nephews, Andrew Welch, Jessica Spagnuolo and Paige Spagnuolo.
