Blackwell (Lansing, Michigan), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Hal Blackwell and Charlotte Blackwell; and his brother Tom Blackwell. He is survived by : his wife Resurrecion Blackwell; his daughter Dorothy Blackwell; his grandson David Richter; and his brother Jeff Blackwell. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
