He is survived by: his children, Karen Salinas (Jesse) and Chris Butterwick (Angie); his grandchildren, James Salinas (Stephanie), Erika Salinas (Carey Castillo), Sam Butterwick (Megan) and Haley Hoeve (Steven); his great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Riley Salinas, Lydia and Tessa Hoeve; and his brother-in-law Tom VanAcker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
