She is survived by: her husband Jose Perez; her children, Alicia Perez and Jose Perez (Melissa Palacio); her grandchildren, Israel Martinez, Jalene Gonzalez, Mario Gomez, Jasenia Perez, Jose Perez II, Jordan Perez and Josiah Perez; her great grandchildren, Kane Martinez and Katayla Martinez; and her brothers, Art Hernandez (Rose), Mike Hernandez (Sandy), Jerry Hernandez (Cathy), Tim Hernandez (Maggie) and Ken Hernandez (Kara). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
