Janice A. (Steckle) Skiver Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice A. (Steckle) Skiver of Lansing, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 3, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Janice may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Janice touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Steckle and Lanette Steckle (Pennifill); and her husband Neal Skiver. She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Miller and Catherine McMaster (Dennis); her grandchildren, Michael Skiver and Cecelia Curtis; her brother Gordon Steckle (Lynda); and her pet Missy Moo.
