He is survived by: his wife Frances Kelley; his children, Kevin (Reed), Mike (Missy), Tim Kelley, Katie Kelley (Jane) and Mary Fearheiley (Dean); his stepchildren, Eric Farrington and Amy Jo Farrington; his grandchildren, Violet, Michael, Tara, Regan, Dustin, Nicholas, Jack, Joey, Jordan, Eli, Ellen and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Lola, Paisley, Sebastian, Quinn, Addie, Maxwell, Charlotte and Zoey.

Donations can be made in loving memory of Jerry to the St. Michael Episcopal Church.
