He is survived by: his wife Lydia Herrera Alexander; his children, John Matthew Alexander (Tara), Andrew Michael Alexander, Nita Alexander and Zoey Florentino; his stepchildren, Felipe Herrera and Amanda Brown; his grandchildren, Evie Schoonover, Tyler Schoonover and Donovan Herrera; and his close friend Jimmy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
