He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kosloski and Olga Kosloski (Kubbe); and his brothers, Bernie Kosloski, Louie Kosloski, Leo Kosloski, Steve Kosloski and Arnie Kosloski.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Kosloski; his daughters, Gail Spitz (Keith) and Lori Kosloski; his grandchildren, Kristy Glandorf, Joel Spitz and Eric Spitz; his great grandchildren, Easton Glandorf and Brayden Glandorf; and his siblings, Wayne Kosloski (Jo), Kenneth Kosloski, Betty Dailey and Carolyn Kosloski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
