He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Starr and Janie Porter. He is survived by: his children, Jonnecia Bradford of Georgetown, KY, Julia Starr of Paducha, KY and Shavar Williams of Metropolis, IL; and his siblings, Jeannie Mae Whitt, Sandra Turner of Lansing, MI, Jessie Star (Rene) and Willie Star (Lori) of Lansing, MI. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
