Josephine H. Fawaz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine H. Fawaz of Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on December 27, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tammer Hourani and Fadawa Hourani; her husband Imad Fawaz; her daughter Diana Fawaz Kimiatek; and her brothers, Jacob Hourani, Ramiz Hourani and Benjamine Hourani.
She is survived by: her children, Lillian Fawaz Ashkar (Faheem), Hanibal Fawaz (Vivian), Sami Fawaz (Fadia) and Dani Fawaz (Claude); and her brother Joseph Hourani (Lee). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, or the Greater Lansing Food Bank in memory of Josephine.
