It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Maldonado of Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on November 5, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Garcia Peña and Maria Garcia Garcia; and her sisters, Eduarda Rodriguez and Francisca Gonzales. She is survived by: her husband Benito Maldonado; her sons, Ben (Pat), David (Melinda), Adriel (Stacy) and Juan (Jennifer); and her sisters, Micaela Garza (Gilberto) and Amelia Nieto (Elias). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
