He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bergquist and Myrtle Bergquist (Patterson); and his wife Jackie. He is survived by: his children, Ken Bergquist (Susan), Keith Bergquist (Annette) and Kathy Boes (David); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Bergquist, Tyler Bergquist (Allison), Jessie Gallagher (Liam), Zachary Bergquist, Sydney Ireland (Logan), Jaxin, Alekzander, Sylas and Gianna Boes.
