She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Lester and Charlotte Phelps Sr. (Wardwell); her children, Jackie Hood (Joshua Merchel) and Edward Hood; her grandchildren, Christopher Hagler and MaKenna Moore; her siblings, Lester Phelps Jr. (Paula Temple), Charles Phelps, Morton Neff (Rose), Michael Neff (Dilien), Judy Barnes (Larry) and Linda Lincoln (Randy); her half-siblings, James Phelps, Theresa Gillings (Mike), Cheryl Ellis (James) and Denise Grant (D. J.); and her brother-in-law Jesse Keene (Jennifer).
