She was predeceased by: her parents, Janice Cook and David Cook; her brother Tony Cook; and her sister-in-law Melissa Cook (Todd). She is survived by: her husband Richard White; her daughter Molly White; and her brother Todd Cook. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and brothers and sisters-in-law.
