He is survived by: his wife Susan Dunivon; his stepdaughter Tracy Moss; his grandchildren, Briona Moss and Marisa Moss; his siblings, John Dunivon (Bobette Morgan), Cathy Jo Dunivon, Michael Dunivon (Ann), Terry Dunivon (Lori) and Mary Thompson (Rich); and his close friends, John Smyth and Douglas Benson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
