She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hubbard Davis and Mary Morris; her husband Henderson Plummer; her daughter Marla Kay Plummer; her siblings, Rev. Roosevelt Johnson, James Davis Jr., Gladys McFadden, Maxine Davis, Claudia Grace and Carrie Davis; her sisters-in-law, Sarah Johnson and Betty Plummer; and her grandson Tyrone Plummer.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Tyrickia Plummer; her children, Larry Plummer, Marilyn Rogers (Willie), Debra Plummer, Marsha Cunningham (Greg), Henry Plummer and Tyrickia Trevino (Carl); her grandchildren, LaToya Williams, Terrille Williams, Stallin L. Watson Sr., Tycia Plummer, Emari Loveless-Plummer and Joshua Plummer; and her friends, Amanda Lockett (Teensy) of Birmingham, AL and Dorothy Jean Simpson of Lansing, MI. She is also survived by twenty-two great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren; two very special friends, her cousin.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Mask Memorial Cme Church (5601 S Waverly Rd, Lansing, MI 48911). A burial was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (2600 E Mt Hope Ave, Lansing, MI 48910).
