He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. LaRue and Joan LaRue (Dugan); and his brother Andrew Joseph LaRue. He is survived by: his brothers, Michael LaRue (Joyce Romar) and Anthony LaRue (Diana). He is also survived by niece and nephew.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home Lansing Chapel (900 E Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI 48912).
