He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eddie Dinkins and Addie Dinkins (Armstrong); his wife Marguerite; his daughters, Michelle Ramirez of Newnan, GA and Reesa Mosley (Brandon) of Port St; his stepchildren, Michael, Christine, Kevin and Brian Mendenhall; his great grandchild Aaliyah Williams; and his close friend George Mask. He was also cherished by Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
