He is survived by: his parents, Michael Hall and Catherin Hall (Doyle); his wife Erika Hall; his son Michael James Hall; his sister Jennifer Doyle (Matt); and his sibling's children, Jack Doyle and Jenna Doyle. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and lifelong friends.
