He is survived by: his children, Otetwin Schrubbe, Andrew Schrubbe, Erica Schrubbe, Alyssa Schrubbe and Sarah Dawson (Tom); his grandchildren, Kekshe'Schrubbe, Me'skwankot Schrubbe, Nathan Edwards, Celeste Edwards, Cristiano Cantu and Genevieve Dawson; and his siblings, Kathryn Schrubbe, William Schrubbe and Susan Fox. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
