He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackson (Anna Mitchell) and Heaven; his daughter Julie Kaiser (Jeff); his brothers, Richard Mitchell and Ralph Mitchell; his sister-in-law Angie Mitchell; and his nephews, Eddie Mitchell (Brenda) and Paul Mitchell (Tina).
He is survived by: his wife Joyce M. Mitchell of Portland; his children, Jamie Villwock (Don), Terry Mitchell (Mary Jo) and Jana Morgan (Kevin); and his nieces, Jeanie Myers (Tom) and Anna Sue Mitchell. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grand children.
