He is survived by: his wife Susan (Babes); his children, Richard Junior Montalvo, Michael Montalvo (Joyce), Robert Montalvo (Lupe), John Montalvo (Alicia) and Virginia Karn (Aaron); his granddaughter Christina Ebmeyer (Reed); his aunt Bea Flores; his grandchildren, Eliana Montalvo, Danielle, Justin Warfle, Michael Montalvo Jr., Lauren Montalvo, Lucas Montalvo, Ajah Montalvo, Julyssa Manty, Phoenix Montalvo, Selana Montalvo, Austin Burgtorf, Jonny Karn, Enicio Montalvo, Abrianna Montalvo, Rose Montalvo and Emerson Ebmeyer; and his great grandchildren, Ca'Trell Montalvo, Ca'Siah Montalvo and Mateo Burgtorf.
