He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jacqueline West and Jackie; his stepfather Phil West (Clayton Blair); his former wife Audrey Blair; his daughters, Sloan Elizabeth Deans (Hackney) and Summer Leanne Blair; his siblings, Michael Blair, Larry Cleveringa and Raelene Blair; and his nephew Payton Michael Blair.
