It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert I. Lynch of Lansing, Michigan, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ivan Lynch and Irma Lynch (Bundchu); his wife Patricia Lynch; his granddaughter Sujata Durci; and his pets, Susie, Sammy and Sophie.

He is survived by : his sister Geraldine Lynch; his children, Scott Lynch (MaryPat), Michele Canfield (Kelly) and Tara Durci (Dan); and his grandchildren, Marcus, KiAnna Spivey, Jessica Lynch, Troy, Kayla VanValkenburgh and Vikram Durci.

Robert recognized the care that is necessary for children with high need disabilities; having his family touched by such an angel in a granddaughter and he had expressed the desire for memorials to go to the family for future designation of her long-term care.
