Hufnagel of Lansing, Michigan, born in Saint Johns, Michigan, who passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edgar VanElls and Eleanor VanElls (Fernholz); and her siblings, Arlene Walling, Alice Gallagher, Josephine Rogers, Rita Thelen, Dale Patrick, William, Lawrence Thomas and Richard VanElls.

She is survived by : her children, Scott Hufnagel (Lisa), Carmen Hufnagel, Brenda Hufnagel (Michael Gross), Todd Hufnagel (Deborah) and Tracy Rawlings (Jason); and her siblings, Donna Kuripla, Thelma Miller, Helen Zezza, Dorothy Witt, James VanElls and Michael VanElls (Peggy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
