She was predeceased by: her son William Cleve Cotton; and her sister Wilma B. Morlok. She is survived by: her sisters, Helen D. Morlok and Edna A. Morlok; her son David A. Cotton; her daughter-in-law Rosnah Cotton of Canton, Michigan; her grandchildren, Alexander Azri Cotton, Zacharia Aiman Cotton, Yunus Amir Cotton of Canton and Bryan Michael Barrientes of Lansing, Michigan; her cousins, Evelyn Beck, Janet Jones, Joyce Griffin, Caroline Marschall, Raymond Stillion, Dale Ackerman, Wilma Robinson of Ohio and Suzi Bigelow of Texas; and her friends, Pauline Zima (family: Charlie, Susie Treber), Beverly Haig and Charles Thomas.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel (325 W Washtenaw St, Lansing, MI 48933). A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens (4444 W Grand River Ave, Lansing, MI 48906).
Memorial contributions may be made to her surviving son, David A. Cotton, or to Emanuel First Evangelical Lutheran Church.
