She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Collins and Opal Collins (Freeman); her husband Willard Hawkins; her children, Londa and David Hawkins; and her brother Tom Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Hanes (David), Bob Hawkins and Michael Hawkins (Cindy). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
