He was predeceased by: his parents, Buster Brown and Mable Brown; his brothers, Kevin, Larry and William Brown (Skip); his son-in-law Brian Brockway; and his grandson Gabriel Shellito.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Brown; his children, Angie Brown and Marvin Shellito; and his sister Eunice Chedester. He is also survived by his grandchildren; great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Gorsline-Runciman Funeral Home (900 E Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI 48912). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
