She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cook and Veronica Cook (Schomin); and her brother Bill Cook. She is survived by: her son Michael John Keldsen of Lansing; her grandchildren, Mikaela Keldsen of Wake Forest, NC, Thomas Keldsen of Grand Rapids, MI and Jonathon Perez of Nashville, TN; and her siblings, Jim Cook, Judy Erickson and Mary Shreve. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
