In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire her loved ones, keeping Terri's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Austin and Tennie Dodd Cowley; her friend Philadelphia; her siblings, Antonious Vickers (Tricia), Nadine Thurman (Leroy) and Desnal Vickers-Fouyolle; and her nephew Mikeem McCormick. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
In 2020, Terri faced one of her toughest challenges, surviving five months on a ventilator due to COVID-19.
