She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Melvin Andrist and Mary Elizabeth Crumpacker; her husband Michael Mullins; her siblings, Betty Brewer, Jean Symonds and James Andrist; her nieces, Gail Shea and DiAnn Spiece; and her nephew Robert Andrist.
She is survived by: her nephews, John Symonds (Ann), Donald Symonds (Sandi), Dale Brewer (Karolyn), Randy Brewer, Gary Brewer (Karen), Charles Andrist (Barbara), Richard Andrist (Marietta) and David Andrist (Carol); her niece Tena Andrist; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Andrist and Hope Mullins; and her close friends, Barbra DeSander and Doris Welch. She is also survived by many great nieces, nephews.
