He was predeceased by : his parents, Lonnie Ottinger and Mary Ottinger; his wife Beatrice Ottinger; his son Willis "Glenn" Ottinger (Janet); his grandsons, Aaron Ottinger and Mike Hagerman; and his great grandchild Chad Hiner.

He is survived by : his children, Gail Mallory (Harry) and Terry Ottinger (Paulette). He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
