He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J. Butler and Ruth Mary Butler (Bruce); his mother-in-law Evelynne Malvich; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Malvich-Butler of Lapeer; his father-in-law Jack Malvich of Lapeer; his nephew Mike Foster (Kathy) of Denver, Colorado; and his great-nephews, Nicholas and Joe Foster of Denver, Colorado.
