He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferman Waggoner and Nellie Waggoner; and his sister Ora Hunt. He is survived by: his children, Josh Waggoner and Jamie Rush; his granddaughters, Mikayla and Autumn; his brothers, Henry Waggoner (Marla) and Willard Waggoner; and his friend Janet Waggoner.
