He was predeceased by: his parents, Wally Koop and Elfriede Koop; his brother-in-law Norman Maier; his sister Maureen Caltrider; and his nephew Kyle Koop.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Koop; his children, Matt Koop (Stacey) and Shannon Vrbanac (Jason); his grandchildren, Nicholas Koop (Ashley), Noah Koop (Lily), Brenden Koop, Alyssa Vrbanac and Danny Vrbanac; his great grandchild Rory Mae Koop; his siblings, Rodney Koop (Bev), David Koop (Mary) and Joyce Nordstrom; and his sister-in-law Billie Maier. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and beloved family members.
