He is survived by : his wife Joyce Woodward; his sons, David (Thomas Helzer) and Christopher Campbell (Cathy); his adoptive daughters, Jamie Moss and Sheila Goltry; his grandchildren, Curtis, Justin and Ryan; and his niece Sherry Glaser.
