She was loved and cherished by many people including: sons: Richard (Ardith) Bard and Ronald (Nikki) Bard; grandchildren: Olivia, Jeffrey, Ashlee, Justin, Lee, and Brady; brothers: David Riska and John Riska; late husband: Jim Racknor; late brothers: Terry and Michael; late grandson: Matthew; late mother: Ethel Oliver; late father & step-mother: Clayton & Ida Mae Oliver; and many other grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Muir Brothers Funeral Home (1021 S Lapeer Rd, Lapeer, MI 48446). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
